The Race Movie REMINDS ME ABOUT MY PAST

The Race Movie

 This reminds me when i was racing before  for the sport festival  during my 5th and 6 grade  its not easy and i have to compete w/ different school  .And all of them they are all the best & the winners for how many years . Its my first time  to join  . As  we get ready  and here comes the whistle  the crowd started to  cheer .what was on my mind  is to run as fast as i can to stand my own school. As i pass by where some of my fellow athletes are  standing  i only hear one  word * GO*  . WITHOUT MY EXPECTATIONS i am the FIRST one who reached the FINISH LINE. As i claimed the victory the challenge  just begun . For my journey to make our school to be the best out from  6 schools. And be the one to represent for the district competition

As day pass by  every time we had  competition  in different sports we always prefer to walk and this will give us more time to talk and plan what are the strategies how we help one one another. Since this is the first time that our respective school are overcoming from those losses .and starting to stand  on the top.

Since the competition  and the training held on the different school.  one night as we are walking  we never thought that, we will face  those  relatives of our opponent  who looses the games. We never think that they will attack us  in the middle of the  road. And this time our  trainers are not with us. I was shock  as i am new in this place so i don't have any idea  who those  guys. 
But what really surprise me is  i am there target .It just because  i won the race against to the daughter of the  head teacher  and the trainer. This is the moment i felt like  i'm so scared  how if  i was hit by  those stones ? And worst if those stones landed on my head.  but thanks God  with help of my fellow athletes . They manage protect me. Some of them faces  those guys as we find our way to run and scape .As we manage to scape  and reached to our place i can't help myself as my tears started to  fall while waiting for some of our team mates to arrive. hoping and praying  that no one is hurt.

The next day we report this to our teachers and  head of our school. As they investigating the case i started to  think of QUITTING  and  give what they want cause i can't help myself  to race again as i know that my life is in danger. It took me sometime  to decide  what will i do as my aunt said  its better if i will just stop for my own safety. But then again as day pass and hold on to the promise that they will solve the case and give us the security  so that it will not happen again i decided to continue what i started  and to race no until the final.
 As the final competition is over i am  one of the  representative to represent  to whole schools  from our district .At dito ko naramdaman yung  super pressure kasi di na yung school namin ang present ko kundi buong district . Ang dami kung namis  na lesson  para lng magtrain at 1 week we have to stay  sa center  district  until the awardings. .At sa super abala ako sa training  at  mentor mga kasama namin  kasi im joining two competition  RUNNING and SCI DAMATH di ko na namalayan  sa isang buwan parang ilang araw lng ako pumasok sa school. 
And here we go the announcement  that all the athletes  and representatives teachers  from different district   we have to proceed to the  awarding area.i feel nervous but at the same time im excited cause i know  i did my best . As they announce the overall  ranking  and respective  place of the winners  i was so happy that  i am on the 3rd  place. And as we march w/ my teacher  going to the stage to accept the award   wow  all those pagod  ay biglang nawala  At that moment  i dnt have any idea how many districts  who joined the competition  as far as i am concerned  i face  10 contenders on the SCI DAMATH. 

At ito ang kaunaunang  makasama kami sa TOP 3 . GRABE  super proud ako sa  self ko kasi kahit na new ako at sa mga napagdaanan namin sa school na pinasokan ko  nakagawa na ako ng  isang  napakalaking  changes  sa school namin.
Ohh dear i miss those moment  super pagod gabi na kami umowi.  yong mga kulitan sa daan para lng d namin maramdaman ang pagod saka sakit sa katawan. 

Pero minsan na naalala ko  i feel sad kasi nung nag graduate ako pinakiusap ako ng principal  since di daw ako taga doon at yun daw lang mga pagkakataon  na bumangon sila laging pagkatalo sa sports ay kung pwede ay iwan ko mga  award ko para display nila sa library at maging inspiration sa mga susunod  na makikipaglaban.  I feel sad kasi  d ko na makikita at mahahawakan pero ang naisip ko lang na  kung sa pamamagitan ng mga awards ko ay dun mag karoon ng mga next  generation  para ma inspired sila  so i say yes. Ang mahalaga alam ko sa puso't isipan ko na  panalo ako. 

Sana sa pagbabalik ko sa school ay masilayan ko pa mga awards ko. Simula kasi nung umalis ako dun di na ako bumalik ulit. Anu kaya  mga progress dun?

Begin your relaxing ten minute hand reflexology treatment by pinching the tips of each finger and thumb of your right hand. Reverse and repeat this process on your left hand. The pressure applied to your fingers should be firm, but not painful. A few seconds for each finger tip will do.

7. Rest the palm of your hand inside the palm of your free hand. Use your thumb to massage the back of your hand. Leisurely manipulate the knuckles and in between knuckle area first. Continue thumb massaging each area on the back of the hand.

8. Gently cradle your wrist inside your free hand. Use your thumb to massage your inner wrist. This is an especially soothing massage for anyone who routinely uses their wrists in repetitive movements (i.e. computer mousing).

9. Massage the palm of your hand with your thumb. Alternately you can use your knuckle to massage the fleshier mound areas more deeply.

10. At the end of your session press your thumb deeply in the center of your palm. Take a few cleansing breaths and center your being.

This is a opportune moment to relax, clear your mind, and focus on your healing intentions.

HOME REMIDIES & USEFUL TIPS FOR OUR DAILY ROUTINES

1) Toothpaste: Buff a CD/DVD

Apply toothpaste to a cotton ball and wipe the disc. Wash with water afterwards and you’ve got a brand new disc!

Pour a cup of salt into a liter of water. Sponge the liquid onto the inside of window to prevent frost from forming during the winter months.

6) Rubbing Alcohol: Remove Permanent Marker

Dab the surface that has the permanent marker on it with a cloth or cotton ball covered in rubbing alcohol to make it disappear quickly.

7) Chap stick: Stops Bleeding When Nicked Shaving

Cut yourself shaving? Just swipe some chap stick over the cut to stop that constant bleeding. No more tissue squares! Apple Juice: Removes Dandruff

Don’t ask how it works, but it does! Instead of buying a special shampoo, just wash your hair in apple juice to rid your scalp of pesky dandruff.

9) Aspirin: Get Rid of Armpit Stains on T-Shirts

Grind up an aspirin tablet or two, then make a paste out of it using water, lemon or vinegar. Spread the paste on the stained area and let sit for an hour before washing.

Add a bit of olive oil to your pet’s food to give them a healthier, shinier coat of fur.

Instead of using a spray and a streaky cloth, use only newspaper to clean off your mirrors and windows for a streak-free finish.

12) Baking Soda: Remove Bugs from Windshield

Mix baking soda with warm water to make a paste. Spread the paste over your windshield for fifteen minutes. Then wipe or spray off with a hose.

13) Bleach: Extend Life of Flowers in Vase

Add a few drops of bleach to vase water to prevent the build-up of the slime caused by bacteria. It works just like chlorine in a swimming pool.

14) Kitchen Dish Soap: Flea-Killing Dog Shampoo

Kitchen dish soap (not dish detergent) can double as dog shampoo for its flea killing abilities.

15) Coke: Remove Blood Stains from Clothing

Soak the stain in coke until the stain is dissolved, then wash the clothing as usual. Wash before the coke dries, though.

16) Honey: Remove Blemish Overnight

Have a blemish you need to get rid of by tomorrow? Put a dab of honey on the blemish and cover it up (it’s best to use a Band-Aid) and the honey’s natural antibacterial properties will clean out the bacteria by the morning.

17) Wax Paper: Clean Can Opener Gears

Run a few small strips of wax paper through the can opener to clean out of the bits and pieces that have built up in the gears throughout the year. The wax will also rub off on the gears to protect for future use as well.

18) WD-40: Remove Crayons from Walls

Use the lubricant and a cloth to remove stubborn crayon marks from the walls just by spraying the wall and wiping with a cloth.

19) Chalk: Keep Ants and Slugs Out of the House

Ants and Slugs Won’t Touch Chalk. So, simply draw a line in front of your doorway where you are having problems with these pesky critters and they won’t cross it, meaning they won’t be able to get into your house.

20) Vinegar: Kills Weeds and Helps Flowers Grow

Vinegar is a magic wonder when it comes to gardening. It not only kills weeds but they help flowers grow as well. Douse vinegar all around your garden to prevent weeds from popping up and to help your flowers to grow healthy and strong.

Pour mouthwash on cotton balls and then swab your feet. The alcohol will disinfect the bacteria completely if you continue this for a week or so.

Mix a cup of baking soda with half a cup water to make a paste. Dip your brush into the paste and scrub the grill. The caked on pieces and black residue will come off much quicker and using baking soda is much safer and cheaper than using cleaning chemicals.

45) Scotch Tape: Prevent Wall from Chipping When Nailing

The wall can leave unsightly chips when hammering in a nail. Prevent this by simply placing a piece of scotch tape over the area you’re going to nail. The wall will be held tighter, preventing chips from occurring.

46) Alka Seltzer: Soothe Insect Bites

Dissolve two tablets into a glass of water. Then use a cloth or cotton ball to apply it to the affected area. The red will go down and most importantly, the itchiness will vanish usually in fifteen minutes.

8. Add a little salt to your boiling water when cooking eggs; a cracked egg will stay in its shell this way.

9. A tiny pinch of salt with egg whites makes them beat up fluffier.

10. Soak wrinkled apples in a mildly salted water solution to perk them up.

A STORY OF APPRECIATION AND RESPECT

One young academically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big company.

He passed the first interview, the director did the last interview, made the last decision.
The director discovered from the CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research,
Never had a year when he did not score.

The director asked,
"Did you obtain any scholarships in school?"
The youth answered "none".

The director asked,
" Was your father who paid for your school fees?"
The youth answered,
"My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.

The director asked,
" Where did your mother work?"
The youth answered,
"My mother worked as a clothes cleaner.
The director requested the youth to show his hands.
The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.

The director asked,
" Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?"
The youth answered,
"Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books.
Furthermore, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.

The director said,
"I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.*

The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back, he happily requested his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to the kid.

The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother shivered when they were cleaned with water.

This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fee. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his graduation, academic excellence and his future.

After finishing the cleaning of his mother's hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.

That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.
Next morning, the youth went to the director's office.

The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, asked:
" Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"

The youth answered,
" I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'

The Director asked,
" please tell me your feelings."

The youth said,
Number 1,
I know now what is appreciation. Without my mother, there would not the successful me today.
Number 2,
By working together and helping my mother, only I now realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done.
Number 3,
I have come to appreciate the importance and value of family relationship.

The director said,
" This is what I am looking for to be my manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired.

Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.

A child, who has been protected and habitually given whatever he wanted, would develop "entitlement mentality"and would always put himself first. He would be ignorant of his parent's efforts.
When he starts work, he assumes that every person must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would never know the sufferings of his employees and would always blame others.
For this kind of people, who may be good academically, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement.
He will grumble and be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parents, are we really showing love or are we destroying the kid instead?*

You can let your kids live in a big house, give them a Driver & Car for going around, Eat  Good Meals, learn Piano, Watch a Big Screen TV. But when you are Cutting Grass, please let them experience it. After a Meal, let them Wash their Plates and Bowls together with their Brothers and Sisters. Tell them to Travel in Public Bus, It is not because you don't have Money for Car or to Hire a Maid, but it is because you want to Love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day their hair will Grow Grey, same as the Mother of that young person. The most important thing that your kids to  learn is how to appreciates the efforts and experiences the difficulties and learn the ability to work with others to get things done.. And respect others regardless of who they are.

A CHILDHOOD MEMORY (The moment i ask my self why?)

 

When i was young of age i was playing around near to the people who are talking to one another as a kid i never had any interest to listen to their topic,until i hear ed the name of my dad. As they go along i hear ed one phrase that really caught my attention to them .

*Maniwala ka pag sila lumaki at magdalaga lahat sila mag-aasawa maniwala kang may magtatapos sa kanila sa pagaaral*

Tahimik lang ako pero, nung narinig ko un sabi kos a sarili ko bakit kaya nila nasabi un? In our family we are all 6, 1 boy and 5 girls. Our eldest is a boy then my sister then I'm the 3^rd child. I never tell to anyone about this i keep it cause i was wondering WHY? The school year begin so i said to my self i must be on the top no matter what. I finished my grade 1 to 4 as first and second Honor to my place . So every end of the school year my daddy or mama always on the stage as i received my Honor , so from that moment i already creating a different story apart from their story. As i finished grade 4 my aunt take me to their place to accompany her so i continue my studies and graduated as Honor students and make the school popular because of what i contributed about sports and academics during the sport feast cause i won most of the academics and sports where i joined to compete to the different schools .

As i grow up i choose to be Sim independent . I don't want to bother my parents for my studies so i applied to a scholar for my secondary and i made it. Habang lumilipas ang mga taon minsan may mga problima din dumadating . Minsan gusto kung sumoko pero sa bawat attempt ko na sumoko bumabalik ang alaala na yan sa akin. Kaya sabi ko sa sarili i must go on no matter what. I did not finished college and i started to work cause i want to earn money for my studies but my earning goes to my younger sisters. Until the day i remembered during my high school period as we studying about the defirent continent that day i said to my self no matter what it takes i have to see or work to one of this country. Its because i want to show to them that i am not a QUITTER OR A LOOSER, but i want to show to them that i am a FIGHTER AND a WINNER... AT gusto ko rin nila marealize nila di lahat ng bunga ng isang puno ng mangga ay matamis.

At ayaw ko rin manalo sila against sa akin .

So i saved most of my money until the day i asked my aunt what are the requirements to go SINGAPORE since she is working here in SINGAPORE. So i begin to process my papers secretly and used my savings. I only tell to my family that i am going to work abroad when all my papers are done and just waiting my air ticket that my aunt fox to me. That's the only time they know that i am leaving . I told them not to tell others so the moment i bring home all my things from the place i'm working those group of people asked me if i am going to get married or stay in our house but i just replied them with a smile.

They dint have any idea after 2 months that they hear ed that my younger sister will going to withdraw money from me. And they said how did she.????? I did not finished college sa pinas but i managed to study here in Singapore. Ang yes thanks God i manage to send my younger sister to university as i am also studying here at Singapore, hemmm multi tasking jeje

If  you were me how will you response on it? How  will you face those obstacles in your life ? Are you going to do the same as i did or maybe you will have a better idea ?

Yes people may come along in our life to teach us to be strong.To motivate us . To challenge us, how far we can go and face those challenges that we will be in counter in our daily life. But always remember no matter who they are. You are always the one to Design your Destiny. What you want on your life your success will depend on you not from others.

Plan it work for it ,sometimes we fail but what matters most every time we fail we will learn something rise up and don't give up in believing your self . Success don't come on an easy way you have to work for it. Everything has a process. SWAMILY FIRST BONDING =)

It was  the long date were waiting for the our swamily get together  here @ Singapore @Siloso Beach  Sentosa  December 9 2012.  Even we scheduled in the second sunday of the months  some of our teamamtes are busy also for their individual Christmas party to their respective school.church  and some are already on holiday  in their own country. It was sunday morning  as i wake up  its so dark  its like the rain will gonna pour in just an hour. But then again  i just ignore it. As the clock  tik tak  =)   and getting ready to meet my team  some of  them are  sending me sms via mobile asking if we gonna do it or not since its raining to their place.  So i said yes we still celebrate it . As time passes di parin tumutigil ang ulan . 

Sabi ko ciguro nman d ito uulan ng buong maghapon .As we continue to  move to the  venue  the rain never stops. But the moment we reached the place where we gonna meet some of the team . Thanks God the rain stop  so we start to   walk to the venue  as we are walking heading to our  target place i saw them enjoying taking photos some of them never reached that place so they are so excited to take some photos,most specially when we are inside the RWS or RESORT WORLD SENTOSA. 
As i look at them remind me when i was like them . As our  party begins wow so exciting . We had games  funny moments , sharing of life experiences, foodies  and explaining the business. We never wonder how time pass as we enjoy every moments. 

As i was standing in one corner  looking at them that makes me realize wow i already have gone this far to this business. How much more if we gonna have the reunion with whole team from different countries ? I just can't imagine how  we blow one another with funny moments.
In every activities we do we had so much fun  the awarding of the winner  that was  big smile yeah =). Memories  that will always be in our hearth how we put  smiley  faces to each in every one.
THAT WAS PRICELESS PRIZE.

 Until the time we have to pack up to move but the kulitan moments never stop. jejej jaja  being with this  kind of people who have lots of dreams and goals  to achieve makes more DREAMER and a ACHIEVER ............. THANKS GUYS FOR THE WONDERFUL MOMENTS WE SPENT TO ONE ANOTHER . LOOKING forward   MORE FUN  NEXT YEAR  for the second  get together . UNTIL NEXT TIME =)

MEMORIES THAT WILL NEVER LAST

As i was setting down on my room it came to my mind the memories that never last about my younger sister .Who is born with hearth disease. When she was a baby as i remember i'm still at young of age the doctors already advice us that she will not stay live for a long period of time it only months or 1 yr.

We want her to stay on the hospital but she always cry seems she doesn't want the place. As her condition she is not allowed to cry for along period of time because she easily catches her breath.so the doctors advice to bring her home as the doctors say that her face changes its like shes so happy to home.

As day ,months , years pass we always say hope she will not. God hear our prayers and she lived for a long period of time until she reached the age of 12. With those pass years lots of memories happens , she take care good care of those daughter and son of our  brother and sister . Every time she wanted , she loves kids she always wanted to hug them and sing and dance with them.

I remember we have a very cute white dog this dog become her best friend as i said its like they understand each other. She even teach our dog how to dance. So every time they are playing or we have some guest she will always say Pungil come dance beside me ? Pungil is the name of our dog. Then our dog run where she is setting hug one another before our dog dance. Until now i'm still thinking how she did manage to do that.

When she went to school her teacher says shes so talented shes very good and art . And when her teacher ask her what is her dream at the age of 7 she said she want to be doctor. As she grow every time i go home i was looking at her shes very different . She is very responsible shes like so matured because every time she finished taking a bath she washed her clothes and let it dry . And fold them she wants all her things to be in order . Its like shes always ready to go .

There was one time since she cant walk that long so i have to carry her . It comes to my mind and asked her if so happen we don't know that you will say goodbye to us forever are you gonna show up on me always ? And she said yes. So i said hemmm then i will not carry you at all i said with a smile but of course i had no choice but to carry her every 5 minutes .

That was the last time i had some fun with her then i came to Singapore to work . When i am calling my mom always told me that she want to have that so i said ok. For the past month yes she sell those chips , candies etc. So she earn money the money that she earned from those she ask my mom to buy sugar coffee and dried salted fish so my mom says for what?

With out the idea of my mom every person who pass by or just set on our backyard she always asked them if they had coffee or they already eat. If they said no she just go to the kitchen and prepare them food. That's what she always do .

A week before she will finally say goodbye she put all her belongings in a box in put inside the wardrobe . We thought we are ready to this moment but it wasn't , those moment was the moment of sadness.

So the time she finally say goodbye all we have  hear  from those people who came to be with us that moment . that we don't even know who they are . We were wondering why and how they know my sister until they begun to tell the story .Words THANK YOU and GOODBYE to her. Shes like a well known person because we had so much guest in different ages.

One day when i was talking to my mom i ask her did she ever show up on you after the those past days cause my older sister she already did ? And for me i haven't see her on my dreams how is she now? My mom said don't worry . I asked again my mom . I know how my mom feel about it .( ohh dear my tears begun to fall ) and she said yes she already show up to me on my dream at first i don't recognize her because shes very different , she looks so pretty wearing pure white dress , with ribbons on her hair . So i was wondering who is she ?

As she came closer and closer where i am setting down she said “mama” and i said Jolyn and set on my lap. As we talk for a long period of time she said i have to go now mama becAUse all my friends are waiting for me. You don't have to worry about me cause my place is very deffirent from here . Its very beautiful lots of kids , food , wide play ground and beautiful flowers. And my mom said as she stand and walked forward from my mom then she begun to fly like an ANGEL

As my mom telling me the story about her i can't help my self but my tears are falling down. I miss her so much but then again im so happy because i knew shes in heaven and shes one of our ANGEL. OPPSS need to wipe my tears ....... but i was so amazed by her because she created her own MASTER PIECE and left a MEMORIES that will never LAST.

Tthe Fulfillment after the school year =)

WORKING ABROAD, is not easy  so  i have to find a way to ease those Homesick .I enrolled in a World Micro Business  School to study about  ENTREPRENEURSHIP COURSE  . So every week end i go to school .As i go on i mingled with those  foreign  students who wants also to  continue to  upgrade and develop new skills  for their future . Learning new skills helps me to develop and  understand more about life changing
Sharing life stories .listening life stories of other helps to  go on  for my desires in every goal that i want to achieve in my life.

Well after those school year battle up with those  modules ,assignments and projects.Putting up in action  on the training .The school year is going to end but it did not end as what we expected. Because the reality comes along to put up in action all those lessons  .For you to qualify to  graduate you  have  to submit a  well detailed  Business Plan Proposal  two weeks before the graduation.
Without any information  during the graduation day  A BIG SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT  every batch of the class there will be 3 BEST BUSINESS PLAN  WINNERS. Every one  say  oohhh.....................
